Wednesday, April 10, 2024 in the Old Louisville Information Center located in Central Park.
Rehearsal schedule will be sent out closer to the recital date.

Louisville Suzuki Summer String Institute
59th Annual Louisville Suzuki Summer String Institute located at Christ Church United Methodist, 4614 Brownsboro Rd, Louisville, KY 40207
June 9 – 14, 2024

The Louisville Suzuki Summer String Institute is one of the oldest ongoing institutes in the nation. Join in for the 59th institute and continue a long tradition of world-class instruction to students of all ages and levels.
The program will include student recitals, individual and group lessons, masterclasses, faculty recitals, and other special events! The institute has a profound impact on student musicians.

Lessons and Teacher Info

I offer violin and viola training in the Suzuki Method.  Lessons are offered at my home studio in Old Louisville.  Lesson times are flexible, so please contact me to discuss what works best for you.

Fees
$25 per 30 minute private lesson.
$35 per 45 minute private lesson.
Lesson are weekly.

About the teacher
Angela Elliott earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Music Performance in Viola from the College of Wooster in Ohio in 2001.  She started out as a viola Suzuki student in Los Gatos, California under Diane Egli.  Angela is a registered Suzuki Teacher with the Suzuki Association of the Americas.  She recently completed teacher training with Dr. Timothy Durbin at the University of Louisville for Violin Books 1-4, 6 & 7 and Viola Books 1-3.  Angela enjoys teaching beginner and intermediate violin and viola students of all ages.
